 I Have nothing but hatred for Queen Elizabeth , Nigeria prof insists.

While the world was mourning the Queen and tributes were pouring from different corners, Anya a Nigerian born professor based in US twitted that she wished the late mornarch "excruciating pain" .

Some hours before the death of the British monarch was confirmed, Anya wrote on her verified twitter account that " I heard the chief monarch of a stealing,  raping, genocidal empire is finally gone. May her pain be excruciating.

Although her tweet has been pulled down by twitter for violating their policy. Twitter users/ celebrity has questioned the tone of the  Professor's comment.

Among them is jeff bezos , he wrote: This is someone who is supposedly working to make the world better? I don't think so.

Bashir Ahmad, a presidential aide also twitted: I don't know that Uju Anya untill I saw her tweet on my timeline. Her tweet about Queen Elizabeth were so unfortunately unnecessary.

Another twitter users said tweeted: you can condemn slavery  and colonization without being Uju Anya.

A twitter users ( @vickkingsley ) wrote : the truth with Uju Anya tweet is " a lot of people feel the way she feel but she was bold enough to say it.

Another twitter users wrote: Aunty Uju please forgive and forget.

Meanwhile the Carnegie Mellon university has released a statement disassociating itself from the professor 's. tweet .

 "We don't  condone the offensive and objectionable posted by Anya.
